First, you should know that this is a motor home and not just another rental car, I doubt most people ever rented a vehicle from Budget, Enterprise, or Thrifty rental car that cost $75,000 .  Imagine yourself driving around the town and coastline in a luxury mobile home that cost $75,000.  This motor home is very special to me and my family.  When we are renting our motorhome, we are giving you the key to our house.  As my family and I take great pride, joy, and care for our motor home, we expect exactly the same care and joy from our customers and your family.

  • Daily Rental: $165 ****(4 night min)**** includes 100 free miles per night (400 free miles).
  • Weekly Rental: $1,030 ... includes 100 free miles per night (700 free miles).
  • Reservation Deposit: Minimum $500 or ½ of the rental estimate whichever is greater. (necessary to secure reservation)
  • Security Deposit: Minimum $1,500 (Pets, add an additional $500) ; 30 days - ??? days rental period require $2,000 deposit.   *Refunded appox within 48 hours after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.
  • Insurance Fee: Due to recent change by the insurance company $25 Per Day plus admin fee ($10 one time)
    $40 International Drivers (This is what the insurance company requires, not by my choice)

  • Mileage Charge: .32 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
  • Generator Charge: 5 hours per day free and then $3 per hour
  • Cleaning Charge: $200 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.
  • Pets: $100 additional rental fee, plus an additional $500 on the security deposit.
  • Additional Charges: $20 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
  • Fuel Tank: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
  • Propane Tanks: $20 Fill Charge Plus Cost Of Propane Fuel If Not Topped Off Upon Return.
  • Housekeeping Kit: $130 if the motorhome is rented with basic furnishings.
  • RV Rental Delivery Fee: Not available

  • GPS Navigation: $3 per day - Unit provides English, Francais, Espanol, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese Languages.  Point to Point destination/direction.  Accurate miles/kilometer distance travel, estimated time of arrival, Speed traveling, Turn by Turn direction.  It can easily navigate to access ATTRACTION - Amusement Park, Casino, Convention Center, Museum, Performing Arts, Stadium/Areana, Tourist Attraction, Tourist Information, Winery; BUSINESS SHOPPING - ATM, Bank, Business Facility, Grocery Store, Shopping; EMERGENCY - Hospital, Police Station; EDUCATION/GOVERNMENT - City Hall, Higher Education, Library, School; HOTEL; RECREATION - Golf Course, Marina, Park/Recreation, Ski Resort; RESTAURANT; TRANSPORTATION - Airport, Bus Station, Ferry Terminal, Gas Station, Parking, Car Rental, Train Station

  • Tent (Sleep 10): $10  per day.  Featuring three free-standing tents that can be connected through tunnels, this 3-dome connection tent from Ozark Trail is great for families with kids — parents can sleep in the larger, middle one with siblings in the smaller, adjacent tents. Includes an expandable carry bag. Sleeps 9-10.  Plenty of room for everything.  Our family of seven fitted very well.  I also used for my church event camping trip.  Boys on one side and girls on the other side.  I take the big one for my double thick queen size mattress and we all have a good time.  Cool thing is that when you’re camping and the kids’ act up … you can still tell them to “Go to their rooms”

  • Foldable Bike Trailer: $25 flat.  Capable to carry two small children with secure straps around shoulder and waist.  Bike Trailer comes with rain cover to front and top.

NOTE:  When the renter rent, use, or borrowed any of the listed items (equipment) from above,  it is the renter full responsibility to return the item(s) on time undamaged.  If the item(s) gets lost, damaged, or completely destroyed, then the renter is fully responsible to pay for the damaged or replacement cost for damaged/broken part(s) or a complete replacement cost(s) of the item(s) rented, used, or borrowed from the owner, company, or lender.
